65kW Liquid Coole FC System VL-Series
This is the third offering of the mid-range fuel cell systems from Horizon. At 65kW this fuel cell stack is capable of powering everything from a small community of homes all the way to a Class 8 truck. However, regardless of the application it is used in it enables zero emissions and is environmentally friendly. It is also possible to use this fuel cell stack to convert the majority of heavy-duty agriculture and construction equipment to zero emission vehicles, and such a conversion would reduce the noise profile of those types of vehicles.

As this is a 65kW system instead of a stand-alone fuel cell stack, the following pieces of equipment ship with this system: An air filter, air flow meter, hydrogen intel solenoid valve, humidifier, throttle valve, radiator, ion exchange, controller, fuel cell stack, fill water tank, fuel cell 24V water pump, constant voltage DC, and blower to bring air into the fuel cell stack

- Air filter (Prevents damaging size particles from entering fuel cell)
- Air flow meter (Monitoring feedback of air flow)
- Hydrogen heat exchanger (Increase the temperature of hydrogen)
- Cold machine (Reduce the temperature of the air entering the stack)
- Humidifier (Adds moisture to the air entering the stack)
- Bypass valve (Divert excess air from the air compressor and protect the stack in case of emergency)
- Throttle (Adjust the internal operating pressure of the stack)
- Radiator (Removes excess heat from the system)
- PTC heater (Heating of low temperature cold start)
- Water tank (Refill water to and exhaust the system)
- Deionizer (Absorbs the ions in the coolant, reducing the conductivity of the coolant)
- Water pump (Power the cooling system)
- Low voltage distribution box (Provide low voltage distribution to the system)
- Controller (Control system, communication between system and vehicle)
- Fuel cell stack (Oxygen and hydrogen react to produce power)
